Restore Purchases

Open AskAsk, go to the paywall or settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Premium Access

If premium packs do not unlock after purchase, close and reopen the app, then use Restore Purchases.

Cards Or Packs

AskAsk stores card data locally for offline use. If content looks stale, restart the app and make sure you are on the latest App Store version.
